Sunday School Dept
Bro. Carl Wilson Sunday School Superintendent
The Sunday School Dept of the Greater Solomon Temple COGIC's sole mission is to empower all who attend with knowledge and understanding out of the word of God that they may fight the good fight of faith.
We wish to follow the example left us by Jesus himself in use of the scripture to overcome all the wiles of the enemy as when He said, "Man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceedth out of the mouth of God".
That hearts would be made strong and joyous having done so, knowing that our names are written in the Lambs book of Life.
Minister Isaiah Johnson - Assistant Mssy. Deborah Johnson - Teacher Mssy. Patricia Stewart
Bible Band
Bible Band
Prayer and Bible Band session, is one in conjunction with other Bible study
sessions, to further build upon as an
enhancement, to enlighten, and to
broaden our minds of biblical knowledge enabling us to better understand what it is saying to all of us.
To show ourselves approved unto God to apply His word as it becomes our lifestyle, and gain clarity of interpretation of its meaning.
As we walk in the Word, knowing how to rightly divide the Word of Truth within ourselves, thus, drawing others to Christ is our ultimate goal as referred in 2nd Timothy 2:15 which reads "Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that need not be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth."
Come and join us with prayer and get into God's Holy Word, and let us learn more together. We must walk the talk as we talk the walk in order to please our Heavenly Father.
Mission Statement
But be ye doers of the word, and not
hearers only, deceiving your own selves.
