God Bless You!
Superintendent Eddie Toppen Jr.
When I think of the goodness of Jesus, and all that He has
done for me, my soul cries out hallelujah, thank God for
saving me.”

Hello my web viewers, and a very Happy New Year to you
and yours.  Truly, if you are reading this message, God has
smiled on you.  For He has allowed you to see another year
and we should be thankful.  My friends, if it had not been
for Him, where would we be?

The season for the world's greatest gift has come and gone,
and it left a gift that was not wrapped in pretty paper with a
bow under a tree, but wrapped in swaddling clothing and
laying in a manger, and it brought a life time of joy to them
that believe and receive.  It brought peace and love, a gift
that no one can steal. You can't sell it or loan it to anyone
nor can you borrow it from another.  It is a gift that you
must receive for yourself.  This gift is Jesus Christ.  He is
the gift of salvation, the gift of hope, the gift of eternal life,
the gift that make ways out of no way, the gift that open
doors when they seem to be closed, and the gift that you can
carry with you everywhere you go. The gift that comforts,
that is a teacher, a guide, and a keeper.  The gift, you will
never be able to purchase with silver and gold.

This gift is an exchange of life from sin to righteousness
and from hate to love.  A gift that is a one-time thing but
everlasting to everlasting and that ends with us in the New
Heaven and New Earth.  (Rev. 21:1-3) "The tabernacle of
God is with men.”  (1 Cor. 3:16) “ Know ye not that ye are
the temple of God.”  (Act 17:28) “For in Him we live, and
move, and have our being.”

I know that I’m being redundant with the word GIFT, but as
you know, this gift is Christ and it never gets OLD.  It is
always FRESH, it is renewed from season to season, and it
makes one of the greatest enhancements to our life we will
ever experience.

I thank you for visiting with us by way of the web.  But if
you are out and about, stop by and visit with us here at the
church where God’s word is going forth, and where love is
freely given.
For we’re just a little old country church with a whole lot of
love.
